News ” ACF list of cooperation agreements with supervisory authorities of third countries The Swiss and Israeli financial authorities concluded a cooperation agreement with FinTechs on 4 September. The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), the Israeli Capital Markets Insurance and Savings Authority (CMISA) and the Israel Securities Authority (ISA) intend to cooperate to promote and enable innovation in their respective financial services sectors and to help financial innovators comply with the rules in different jurisdictions. The Financial Markets Law Committee (FMLC) has reviewed onshoring rules. Finally, it has written a letter to HM Treasury in which it states that the definition of “listed requirements” by HM Treasury in the draft Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (AMENDMENT) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 is very uncertain and that a more specific list would be more useful. Companies should also consider the outsourcing requirements defined separately in the MiFID-Org Regulation and the ACF Manual.
